Deb Fulham-Winston to run for borough council

Do you know who Deb Fulham-Winston is?  If you don’t, you should.  Deb has been the Elm Street project manager for the past few years.  Even if you didn’t know what the position entailed, you have definitely seen her handy work.  Deb ran the Elm Street Grant program that focused mainly on the Northside of Carlisle.  Have you seen a lot of run down properties that suddenly have a fresh coat of paint to spruce it up?  Chances are, a lot of them came from this program.

Deb has lived here for a long time and is personally invested in making Carlisle the best place it can be.  She is taking her knowledge of the town, its residents and its government and hoping to apply it to a new job on borough council.  Deb was the person who helped to form the West Side Neighbors group and helped strengthen other neighborhood groups in town as well.  She believes in this town and having the people who reside here get involved so everyone can work together to help Carlisle top attain its full potential.  I hope you will take the time to learn more about Deb in the coming months and consider supporting her in her bid for a seat on council.
