From the Sentinel:
“Work on the Carlisle “road diet” should begin before Labor Day.
Mike Keiser, director of public works, said during the borough council meeting Thursday night that work will begin on Sept. 1.
The $2.8 million state-funded plan will bring the four travel lanes on West High, East High, North Hanover and South Hanover streets down to two. A median lane, which will boast a faux brick top, will include a turn lane at intersections.”
